Campus Operations & Client Services Coordinator (Part-Time)

Support the daily operations of the Ozaukee Nonprofit Center. This role ensures front desk coordination, volunteers, administrative systems, client intake support, and basic facilities operations run smoothly.

Hours: 25–29 hours per week (primarily weekdays during office hours)
Pay: $17.50–$20 per hour

Key focus areas include:

  • Front desk volunteer scheduling and support

  • Administrative and operational coordination

  • Client intake and basic program tracking

  • Building and tenant support

  • Baby Bank operational coordination

Community Engagement & Outreach Coordinator (Part-Time)

Support ONC’s outward-facing work in the community. This role focuses on agency engagement, Volunteer Ozaukee growth, Baby Bank outreach, and collaborative programming.

Hours: 15–20 hours per week (weekday daytime availability required, with occasional evenings/weekends for events)
Pay: $17.50–$20 per hour

Key focus areas include:

  • Agency relationship building

  • Volunteer Ozaukee outreach

  • Baby Bank partnerships

  • Collaborative programming support

  • Cross-team coordination with Marketing and Fund Development
