Conference Room Reservations
Looking to book a conference room? Please use this link below to reserve space. Remember you need a login provided by our agency admin.
We’re always open to ways to improve the building and to suggestions you might have for us. If you ever have an issue, please complete and submit our form below.
Star of the Month
Have a volunteer or staff member that shinned this month? Nominate them for the ONC Star of the Month. Announced via our newsletter, to our agencies, and comes with a front-row parking spot. The Star of the Month helps showcase the good happening on our campus of caring.
New Staff Member Form (Employer)
Does your organization have a new staff member or long-term intern? There are a few questions we’d like you to answer prior to their arrival that will help us prepare! Please submit the form below with a week’s notice so we can be ready for their arrival.
New Staff Member Forms (Employee)
Welcome to the ONC and your new role with one of our amazing agencies doing great work within our community. To get you all set up, please complete the following forms and steps:
- Read through our Rules of Conduct
- Complete ONC Rules of Conduct Acknowledgement
- Please complete our Photo Consent Form
- Complete ONC Building Key or Key Fob Issue Agreement (A fob or key number will be assigned during orientation)
- Schedule an onboard orientation with our Office Admin, by emailing email@example.com. Our building orientation will help you better navigate our building, our agency portal, booking conference rooms, etc.
Former Staff Member Form
As your staff changes, we would love to be kept in the loop as we can update our systems appropriately and continue to provide a safe and secure working environment. Please fill out this form as your staff members prepare to leave.
Content Sharing Request
As an agency of the Ozaukee Nonprofit Center, your organization has access to a wide variety of benefits, including outreach to our broad network. Did your organization accomplish something awesome? Are you hosting an upcoming event? Let the Ozaukee Nonprofit Center help you spread the word. Complete this form, and let us know some option you would like us to do!

Community Agency Membership Renewal
Thank you for considering renewing your ONC Community Agency Membership. Please follow the steps below to renew.
1. Currently signed up for Monthly Payments and need to renew your credit card information?
- Log in to your profile here, by selecting “Login” in the top right-hand corner.
- You can also update the payment type by navigating to Billing under the left-hand navigation menu. You will see the card that is being used for the recurring donation listed, and can make changes to it by clicking Update.
2. Currently pay for your membership in full as a Yearly Payment?
- To renew online:

- To renew by mail:
