Grafton, WI – the Ozaukee Nonprofit Center (ONC), a nonprofit organization that provides collaborative space and support to help sustain nonprofits in Ozaukee County will be opening a 3,650 square-feet large event venue to the public this month. The space, known as the ON Center will be available to rent for all types of occasions. Carissa Barnes, the Executive Director describes the new event space as “a premier event venue, perfect for cooperate events, weddings, job fairs, wellness or fitness classes, and so much more.”

The ON Center is centrally located in Ozaukee Nonprofit Centers’ newly renovated building at 2360 Dakota Drive in Grafton. The opening of the ON Center marks a big step toward for the ONC’s goal of expanding services and enhancing assistance to the nonprofit community. The upgraded building was designed for flexibility, efficiency, safety, sustainability, and collaboration and the ON Center is reflective of this objective.

The ON Center venue is large enough to hold 250 people. By hosting events and inviting visitors to the space, the Ozaukee Nonprofit Center hopes to increase the visibility of the nonprofits housed on the ONC campus while reducing overhead costs for those agencies.

The Ozaukee Nonprofit Center will be hosting a public open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 16th from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in collaboration with the five surrounding Ozaukee County Chamber of Commerce’s – Grafton Area Chamber of Commerce, Cedarburg Chamber of Commerce, Mequon-Thiensville Chamber of Commerce, Belgium Area Chamber of Commerce, and Saukville Chamber of Commerce. Visitors interested in touring the new space are invited to attend.
