Grafton, WI – the Ozaukee Nonprofit Center (ONC), a nonprofit organization that provides collaborative space and support to help sustain nonprofits in Ozaukee County, is excited to announce Blossom IDD will be joining the Ozaukee Nonprofit Center campus at 2360 Dakota Drive in Grafton on February 1, 2022.

Blossom IDD provides adults with IDD (Intellectual & Development Disabilities) the guidance they need to break out of the limitations imposed on them and “blossom” anywhere they choose to plant themselves. In addition, they facilitate opportunities for adults with IDD to create a life they love in a vibrant online and offline community through their affiliation with Cedarburg Mercantile.

By joining Ozaukee Nonprofit Center, Blossom IDD becomes the latest addition to the ONC’s list of partner and affiliated agencies that includes Advocates of Ozaukee, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ozaukee, Habitat for Humanity Ozaukee, IndpendenceFirst, Interfaith Caregivers of Ozaukee County, Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan, Inc., Mr. Bob’s Under the Bridge, Ozaukee Realtors Association, Sirona Recovery, Mel’s Charities, NAMI – Ozaukee, Forward Careers, and Your Best Life.
