OZAUKEE COUNTY, Wis. — The Ozaukee Nonprofit Center is grateful to the team at Charter Manufacturing for their recent volunteer effort supporting local families through the Ozaukee Baby Bank.
Eight Charter Manufacturing employees participated in a diaper wrapping event alongside United Way of Northern Ozaukee. During the event, volunteers wrapped a total of 6,475 diapers, helping prepare essential supplies for distribution to families throughout Ozaukee County.
The Ozaukee Baby Bank, a program of the Ozaukee Nonprofit Center, provides diapers and other essential infant items to families in need through partnerships with local agencies and community organizations. Donations and volunteer efforts like this help ensure that caregivers have access to the resources they need to keep their babies healthy, safe, and comfortable.
“Support from community partners like Charter Manufacturing and United Way of Northern Ozaukee makes a meaningful impact for families in our community,” said Carissa Barnes, CEO from the Ozaukee Nonprofit Center. “We are incredibly grateful for the time, energy, and generosity of everyone involved.”
Community partnerships and volunteer initiatives continue to play a vital role in strengthening support systems for families across Ozaukee County.
