Joining the Board of Directors are Pam King and Joe Graf. The new Board members are examples of excellence in relation to their specific fields and community involvement. “We feel confident in the valuable contributions that these exceptional individuals are able to bring to the table,” says Carissa Barnes, Executive Director of the Ozaukee Nonprofit Center.

Pam and her husband Brett have been Ozaukee County residents for over 30 years.  They raised their two adult children in Grafton and were very involved in the community.  She has been at the Grafton Area Chamber of Commerce for 20 years and has been the Executive Director since 2011.  She has a passion for the nonprofit organizations in our county, and has served on the boards of Starting Point (now Sirona Recovery), Portal, inc., and Ozaukee Youth Apprenticeships.

Joe Graf, an Ozaukee County resident, has been serving his county for years. Joe has been involved and volunteers with The Gathering of SE Wisconsin, Serenity Inn, Interfaith Caregivers, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ozaukee, Advocates of Ozaukee, and the United Way of Northern Ozaukee. Joe says, “he feels strongly about our ability as individuals to have a positive impact on the lives of other people, especially those less fortunate than ourselves.”

The current ONC board now seats Jonah Turner (President), Joe Kassander (Vice President), Don Schoonenberg (Treasurer), Tim Schoonenberg (General Counsel), Dr. Michael Weber, Julie Pahnke, and John Kirtley.
