Grafton, WI – Ozaukee Nonprofit Center Inc. is seeking sealed proposals for professional architectural and engineering services related to the design of interior and exterior improvements at its facility located at 2360 Dakota Drive, Grafton, Wisconsin. Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 PM CDT on Thursday, May 8, 2025.

The selected firm will provide design services in support of the Center’s Connectivity and Workspace Expansion Initiative, which is funded through the State of Wisconsin’s Flexible Facilities Program (FFP) and the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Capital Projects Fund (CPF). The project will improve digital access, enhance ADA compliance, and support health and education services.

Key project elements include:

  • A redesigned front entrance
  • An outdoor eco-wellness space with raised garden beds
  • Interior modifications to telehealth and hybrid workspaces
  • Restroom upgrades
  • Renovations to shared-use meeting and conference rooms

This RFP includes schematic design, construction documents, space planning, and code-compliant drawings. Construction management is not included in the scope of this RFP.

An optional Pre-Submittal Open House will be held at the facility on Thursday, May 1, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
